Helicopter Plunges into Lagos Lagoon

An helicopter has plunged into the Ocean in Oworonshoki area of Lagos. An eyewitness said the helicopter made a loud noise before nosediving into the 3rd  mainland bridge area. Police and NEMA are said to have commenced rescue operations
