The 37 year older boxing heavy weight has been elected to

on Thursday. He was declared among 12 new members of the upper house congress
by Philippines election commission.
Pacquiao who was earlier this year criticized for saying
that people in same sex marriages were “worse than animals”. Although he apologized
for the ‘comparison’ he however maintained that he is opposed to same sex marriages.

7 Things to say (and Not to say) to a grieving friend (part 1)
It hard enough trying to console a grieving pal, finding the right words to say makes it even harder. I personally have found myself in that situation of searching for the right words to say..........
Here are a list of some things people say that are well-intended but not so good.
1. Not so good - 'God will never give you more than you can handle'
It is better to say - 'This must be hard for you'
2.Not so good - 'I'm sure it's all for the best' (at that point, the grieving person doesn't see that anything is for the best except to have his/her loved one back).
It is better to say- 'It's hard to understand why these things happen'
3.No so good - 'He is in a better place' or ' just be happy he isn't in pain anymore'
It is better to say - 'you must miss him terribly.
4. Not so good - say nothing at all. (this is really bad).
It's better to say - I'm not sure what to say but I want you to know I'm here for you.
5.Not so good - I know exactly how you feel (even if you too have experienced a loss, each person has their own unique path to travel).
6.Not so good - 'you 'll feel better soon'(try not to dismiss his\her grieve).
It is better to say - 'I'll be here for you as long as you need me'
7.'Don't you think you should be over it by now?'
It is better to say - 'I know this is really painful for you'
Stick with better things to say to a grieving friend and you will not only feel better but also help him/her heal faster.
