5 Effective ways of Dealing with Rejection

Dealing with any kind of rejection whether it’s from love, Career of friends is never a great feeling, but it shouldn't be something you should allow to take away happiness from your life. The reality of life is that rejection will form a part of it; there will be occasions when your job application, your date request or your ideas for change will be rejected by someone, somewhere. It is a healthy attitude to accept that rejection is a part of life and to acknowledge that what really matters is finding the way to bounce back and try again.
Here are some great ways to help you get over that awful feeling of rejection;
Take a Break
Allow some time out of your life to process the rejection. For example: if you can take the rest of the day off work. Or if you were planning on going out that night, stay in and watch a movie instead. Go for a walk after an upsetting letter rejection, or allow yourself to splurge on that chocolate cake. However don’t allow yourself to go overboard and spend days sitting in your house wallowing in your misery. That will only make you feel worse in the long run.
Be mindful of Differences
everybody in this world has a different reality. In any given situation, two people can never think or react exactly the same way.
No one else sees the same world as you do. Hence it’s not only possible, but in fact likely, that people will behave differently from how you expect them to behave (in other words, how you would’ve behaved if you were them in that same situation.

Be Positive
Focus on people who do enjoy spending time with you. Non-romantic friendships can be just as rewarding as romantic relationships, so show those reliable friends who stuck around how grateful you are that they did. It's a surprisingly effective boost.

Get Back in the Game!
To get over an old one, get straight on top of a new one. Distracting yourself is more dignified than begging for another chance to show them what they're turning down, believe me.

Focus on you Positive Side
Just because you've been rejected by one person doesn't mean that everyone else will too. Remind yourself about all the awesome things you have to offer and try to exemplify those qualities.
